Smith Creek Villas is excited to unveil a new independent living seniors housing development for Langenburg and surrounding area! The Villas feature 12 spacious 900sq’ to 1,200 sq’ one- and two-bedroom suites. The suites all meet accessibility guidelines. There are 8 different layouts to choose from, an indoor heated garage and a 1,000sq’ commons area. The commons area has both a kitchen and lounge area which can be used by all tenants. It is a beautiful blend of privacy and community!
The floorplan design has now been completed and we are pleased to share it with our community! In conjunction with Bridge Road Development, work is anticipated to begin April 2024. Several suites have already been spoken for however, there are still some great options to choose from!
