LANGENBURG COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE (LCDC) was formed to be the umbrella group representing all community, business development and recreation organizations; and furthermore, advise, plan, support, lead, operate, promote, and coordinate community, business development, and recreation services, and the overall wellbeing of the community.
