The Town of Langenburg is located along the Trans-Canada Yellowhead Highway #16 between Yorkton and Winnipeg and is on the main line of the Canadian Pacific Railway. Langenburg is surrounded by four booming Potash mines that are in the middle of the largest and richest potash field in east central Saskatchewan.
The Town of Langenburg has 1,500 residents and belongs to the Yorkton trading area of 1,400 sq. miles serving more than 150,000 people.
