Langenburg & District Daycare Co-operative (LDDC)
LDDC is a provincially licensed childcare center established in 2001. Specially designed facility (built in 2010) and experienced, professional staff offer a fun and educational experience for children as young as 6 weeks old:  
  • Infants (6 weeks to 18 months of age)
  • Toddlers (19 months to 30 months)
  • Pre-Schoolers (31 months to kindergarten)
  • School Age (Grade 1 to 12 years of age)
Hours of operation:
Monday to Friday 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. 
The LDDC is managed by an onsite team of experienced childcare providers. Early childcare educators receive ongoing training to ensure an ever changing and engaging environment for kids. Our programming is developed with guidance from Ministry of Education.  
Our Mission
To provide high quality childcare, which develops the children socially, emotionally, cognitively and physically, through loving early childhood education. 
The LDDC employs a full-time staff cook, who is certified in Safe Food Handling techniques. All snacks and the lunch time meals are prepared onsite in health inspected Mosaic Nutrition Centre. LDDC follow the Canada Food Guide and also focus on including whole grain options and limiting processed food. 
Parents are required to complete an enrollment package for each child that will attend the Center.
