Yoga: A fitness slower paced fitness
class with focus on stretching and stability. Great for unwinding, stress
relief, a great body weight strength class and flexibility.
Fit Jam: A class using small weights
and dance choreography for a fun upbeat aerobics class.
Half Hour BOoty Burner: A FREE half hour
class you can join after Bellyfit. It will be straight forward weight lifting.
It is a great class to gain knowledge on how to properly lift weights and be
successful at it.
