Hockey/Skating Programs

The Langenburg Arena begins the skating season in October and runs until mid-March.  Langenburg offers hockey programs for all ages from Pre – Novice to Warriors Senior teams. This modern has heated spectator seating for family and friends to watch their loved ones as they learn to skate in our canskate program too.

Belgian Bowling

Belgian Bowling is a great game that can be played almost anywhere and is fun for all ages!  In your backyard, while camping, entertaining friends, between games at sporting events, etc.  Equipment rentals are available by contacting Juli Mitschke the Recreation Director, at 306.743.5176.

Curling

Langenburg’s Curling Arena offers 4 sheets of artificial ice to accommodate elementary, high school, ladies, men's, and mixed curling leagues. Bonspiels and funspiels are organized throughout the season. The curling club offers a licensed lounge to cater to all events. Dance

Volya Ukrainian Dance Ensemble

Instructor: Miss Kallie Haas (17 years of dance experience, taught for 4 years)
Classes: Ukrainian Dance / / You do not need to be Ukrainian or have a Ukrainian heritage to enjoy dancing with us!
Ages: Boys and Girls ages 3 and up
Season: Starts in September and runs until May / / Friday evening classes (The 2016/2017 season will see the addition of an adult class!)

Golf

Only 15 minutes from Langenburg is Carlton Trail Regional Park that includes an amazing nine hole golf course with brand new grass greens and watered fairways. The park also has mini-golf, man-made lake, hiking trails, playground equipment and camping. Try your luck at the game then relax in the licensed club house that offers a full menu food service. Soccer

The Langenburg United Soccer Organization, established in 2009, offers soccer fun for children in grades Pre K to 12! Sports Grounds

Located on the South West corner of town is the Langenburg Sports Grounds.  Here you will find a number of ball diamonds, concession booth and washroom facilities that are packed with minor ball and Senior teams throughout the summer.  The sports grounds are a great place to enjoy summer sun!  Contact Juli Mitschke the Recreation Director for the Town of Langenburg at 306.743.5176 to book diamonds throughout the year.

Swimming Pool

The Langenburg Swimming Pool is located on 602 1st St. N on the NW corner of Centennial Park.  The Langenburg Swimming Pool offers a wide variety of lessons and programs from June through August.   There are usually 4 sets of lessons throughout the summer as well as public swim times and special events!  Contact the swimming pool office at 306.743.5118 or Juli Mitschke the Recreation Director at 306.743.5176 for more information!
